Construction & Development
The Capital Program Dashboard, updated quarterly, tracks progress on the MTA’s five year Capital Plans, starting with selected projects in the 2005-2009 Capital Plan, and including nearly all projects in the 2010-2014, 2015-2019, and 2020-2024 Capital Plans.
In the 2020-2024 Capital Plan, many projects are budgeted as reserves intended to provide funds for multiple contracts. Funds will be split out from these reserve as contracts are identified and prepared for implementation. Project dates will be provided for the split-out projects, but not for the reserves.
Each Capital Plan is divided into project IDs called ACEPs, which is an acronym for Agency, Category, Element, and Project. Dashboard compares each ACEP’s budget in the Capital Plan to its budget in the MTA’s capital budget system as it appeared at the end of the quarter.
Select one of the Capital Plans to view all projects in that plan. Select "Mega Projects" to view the projects that make up major capacity expansion megaprojects. Select “Milestone Report” to track the progress of projects to their milestones across the Capital Program.
